Located 15 minutes from the Avalon Domestic terminal, we have strong community connections with our local Lara fire brigade, library and nursing home, which provides unique learning opportunities.

- An opportunity to participate in our Global Talent Exchange Program Essential Qualifications- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an equivalent/higher qualification as recognized by ACECQA).- A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.- First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.- Current and valid Australian Work Rights.

Essential Skills, Attributes, and Experience- Familiarity with National Early Years Learning Frameworks and National Quality Framework required- Previous experience as an Educator, with proficiency in documenting children's development using relevant software.- Create a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all children.- Understand developmental milestones and design age-appropriate programs.- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.- Collaborate within a diverse team and adapt to varying needs in an early childhood setting.
