**About the Opportunity**

Our business is expanding and with this we are currently seeking an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to add value to our internal ICT Operations Team. This permanent full-time opportunity will be predominantly responsible for managing ASC’s corporate computing desktop, office services, collaborative environments as well as COTS products evaluation. Supporting Henderson, WA and Garden Island, WA.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will display significant technical expertise coupled with the ability to work effectively autonomously and within a team environment. You will also demonstrate well developed organisational capabilities, strong time management skills as well as the ability to interact successfully with all levels within an organisation up to and include executive managers. You will also be a self-starter who displays highly developed planning and analytical skills as well as high motivation and initiative.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain ASC Corporate computers and associated software to ensure minimum downtime by resolving IT issues in a timely manner, to limit the impact of delays to submarine project delivery
- Maintain Office services equipment (photocopier’s, printers) to ensure minimum downtime by resolving issues.
- Maintain and support the corporation’s service desk call management system

**About you**

You will be required to demonstrate expertise across the following technical areas:

- Demonstrated experience in providing 1st level and 2nd level and 3rd level support as well as ensuring service level agreements are being met.
- Demonstrated experience in installing, configuring of PC’s, servers, cabling, telephony, network and print devices
- Experience with Exchange user account creation and administration
- The ability to build and manage strong working relationships with ASC end users
- Jira exposure will also be highly desirable
- ITIL Certificate
