**About the Role**
You’ll be part of a tight-knit trio supporting three homes in Maroubra and Concord. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Supporting clients with complex needs (your experience = gold)
Coordinating daily tasks and support plans
Coaching and mentoring your awesome frontline teammates
Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and families
Using digital tools to manage rosters, reports, and documentation

**What You’ll Bring**
Experience as a Support Worker or similar people-focused role
Leadership or coordination skills (formal or informal—we love both)
Top-notch communication and relationship-building vibes
Confidence with digital platforms and systems
A Diploma in Community Services or Leadership is a bonus, not a must
