**About The Role**

Our Sydney Olympic Park service is currently seeking a passionate & motivated **educators to join the team in reaching collective goals.**

This position would be suitable for an Early Childhood Professional with their **Certificate III, or Diploma** and looking to make the next step in their career.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working collaboratively with a team of Early Childhood Educators toward collective goals.
- Facilitating a safe & caring environment for all children.
- Driving initiatives, curriculum activities, and continuous improvement.
- Observing and documenting the progress of each child, in line with the EYLF & NQS.
- Liaising with parents regarding routines, progress and challenges.

- Certificate III in Early Childhood, or equivalent.
