**About the Role**:
They are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Operations Manager** to oversee their busy timber yard warehouse. Reporting directly to the Director and CEO, you will contribute to the growth and efficiency of their operations. You’ll manage three direct reports, and you will lead warehouse operations, from inventory management to staff supervision, and work closely with senior management to implement strategic improvements.

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- Experience as a Operations Manager (ideally warehouse)
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and logistics
- Excellent people management skills
- A solid understanding of workplace safety protocols
