Residential Concierge

**Abode**, is a residential apartment building with commercial tenants on the ground floor. With shared amenities such as indoor pool, gym and concierge we are delighted to offer the Residents at Abode personalised service and beautifully maintained common areas.

**The Role**

We are currently recruiting a **Full** **Time Residential **Concierge** to primarily complete the **PM** **shift** (3pm - 11pm).

As the first point of contact at the property you will hold the primary responsibility for creating a genuine and welcoming impression to all residents, external stakeholders, visitors and suppliers. You will also be responsible for:

- Key security, front door & garage door management (ie. intercom)
- Receipt, distribution and delivery of mail, parcels and large packages
- Maintain up to date records including but not limited to daily logs, resident database and daily audits
- Property walk around to ensure amenities are secured at the relevant time schedules
- Support the scheduled spot cleaning and sanitisation of common areas to ensure property cleanliness standards are met at all times
- Ensure privacy and confidentiality is maintained at all times.

- Clear communicator
- Computer savvy - this role requires use of Microsoft Office products as well as a specialised database
- Demonstrated ability to create genuine relationships whilst maintaining professionalism at all times
- A customer-focused attitude, driven to exceed the expectations of residents
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work and achieve set tasks while unsupervised
- Organised & well established time management skills

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
