Job Title: Qualified Plasterer

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for plastering, including cleaning and smoothing out rough spots
- Repair and patch damaged areas of plaster or drywall
- Mix plaster and other materials to desired consistency
- Measure and cut plasterboards to fit specific spaces
- Use hand and power tools to install plasterboards and other materials
- Work collaboratively with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure smooth project flow
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols on job sites

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in plastering
- Extensive knowledge of plastering techniques, materials, and tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying heavy materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Trade certification in plastering (preferred)

**Salary**: $60,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
