**About the Centre**
anzuk is currently working closely with a well-resourced and reputable early learning centre located in Springvale. The service is a beautiful state of the art facilities which boasts natural lighting and a beautiful environment for children to thrive in. They are focused on providing an excellent and engaging program for children, to drive their interest and curiosity about the world around them. The service focuses on bush kinder and loves their outdoor programs
**About the Role**
This is a highly attractive permanent role available for a new Educator or ax experienced Educator looking for a change As an Educator, you will be responsible for assisting the Room Leader to create a stimulating and exciting program. Join a quality service with very low staff turnover and high levels of employee engagement. **About You**
You must be presentable, willing to learn, have a can do attitude as well as bring a positive energy to the team. You must be able to work cohesively in a team as well as be able to work diligently on solo tasks. You must have a strong passion for early years learning as well as a strong drive for innovation and initiative. The centre has a strong focus on children's safety, well-being and mental health.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Diploma of Children's Services or Cert III in Early Childhood Education
- Working with children's check
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
