**The role**

We are currently seeking to appoint a Housekeeping Supervisor on a Full-time basis. Reporting to the Assistant Manager Housekeeping and Director of Housekeeping, the Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for managing Room Attendants and inspecting the cleaning of assigned rooms, guest corridors and service areas in accordance with Crowns Hotels’ service standards. This role will incorporate motivating and leading the Room Attendants to achieve the goals set by Hotel Management, ensuring all staff adheres to policies and procedures and ensures maximum guest satisfaction by maintaining professional standards in the pursuit of service excellence.

**About you**
- Strong experience Room Attendant
- Proven customer service experience
- Previous Hotel operational experience is preferred in a Supervisory or Higher Duties capacity
- Strong team leadership experience is preferred
