**Position**: Maintenance Planner

**Based**: Western Sydney/Parramatta Area

**Salary**:Circa $100k+

**General Job Description;**

You as the successful applicant will join the team and liaise with the Maintenance Manager on a snapshot of some of the duties in your schedule;
- Be able to liaise efficiently with production around systematic issues.
- Create work orders for PM, manage and reschedule any overdue.
- Establish RM for Saturday or production down days.
- Effectively manage and organise resources.
- To schedule and create PMs which should be completed by Contractors.
- To create a work order for tasks upholding parts.
- Keep SOP up to date and accurate with current proceedings.
- The organisation of staffing and weekly reporting on staff hours and downtimes.
- Daily consultation with the Maintenance Manager about updates and required jobs to be completed suggested by QC or production.
- To inform fitters about any changes in the system or procedures.
- Audit documentation around safety and quality.
- Place an order for maintenance requested by engineers.

**What you will bring to the table**
- Team player, a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
- Food industry and trade experience are essential.
- Demonstrable ability in scheduling & dispatching works.
- Have great attention to detail and strong written skills, and intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft suite.
- First-rate communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Good understanding of asset management principles.
- Experience with CMMS - MEX, Hippo, Maximo.
- Strong communicator of safety and well-being.
