Dental Laboratory Technician

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Dental Laboratory Technician skilled in CAD/CAM design and fabrication of high-quality crowns and veneers (zirconia and e.max). Experience in ceramics, staining, glazing, and finishing is essential. Knowledge of implant abutments is an advantage but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and produce crowns and veneers using CAD/CAM software (Exocad/3Shape)
- Operate milling units, sintering, and porcelain furnaces
- Perform staining, glazing, and finishing to achieve aesthetic results
- Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with TGA regulations for custom-made devices
- Collaborate with dentists to achieve excellent shade matching and fit

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2+ years experience in dental technology (crowns/veneers focus)
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (Exocad, 3Shape)
- Strong knowledge of zirconia and e.max materials
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards
- Registration with the Dental Board of Australia (preferred)
