We are currently looking for a Storeperson for our Braeside warehouse. The Storeperson is responsible for assisting in daily start-up, inbound, put away, and outbound operations using manual, machine, and forklift operations. The role emphasizes adherence to occupational health and safety (OH&S) requirements, housekeeping (including 5S principles), and contributing to key business metrics such as Delivery On Time and In Full (DIFOT), Stock Accuracy (Cycle Counts), and Workplace Incidents.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, reporting incidents promptly
- Pick and cross-check customer orders, signing off picking slips
- Load and unload transport/couriers and customer pickups, ensuring accuracy in product and documentation
- Attend and participate in toolbox meetings at the start of each shift
- Report stock discrepancies and variances to the Warehouse Supervisor
- Timely receipting and dispatching of goods (within 24 hours)
- Collaborate with all departments to achieve goals
- Maintain a safe, clean workplace, ensuring warehouse and yard are tidy
- Ensure effective time management

- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Self-driven and flexible with a positive can-do attitude
- Experience with machine operations
- Reliable and punctual
- Basic computer skills
- Forklift operation
