**Responsibilities**:As a Waiter/Waitress at Hookah Lane, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. Your main responsibilities will include:
**Guest Service**: Welcome and greet guests warmly, assist them in finding suitable seating, and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.

**Menu Knowledge**: Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings, including food, beverages, and hookah flavors, and provide recommendations and explanations to guests.

**Order Taking**: Efficiently take food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy, and enter them into the system promptly.

**Table Maintenance**: Keep tables clean, set up and clear tables efficiently, and maintain a well-organized and inviting dining area.

**Attention to Detail**: Pay attention to special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergies to ensure a personalized and safe dining experience.

**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service and smooth coordination of orders.

**Upselling**: Promote specials, add-ons, and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience for guests.

**Bill Handling**: Present and process bills accurately, handle payments, and provide excellent follow-up service.

**Requirements**:To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
