**Description**:
About the Role
- Welcome children and families in a warm and friendly way
- Conduct visitor tours, and assist with children enrolments and new team orientations
- Utilise our Salesforce and Qikkids systems, to manage parents' accounts and monitor ongoing payments
- Perform general administrative tasks in an accurate, reliable, and honest manner
- Work permanent hours of 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

**Qualifications**:

- Holds or studying towards an ACECQA-approved Diploma qualification
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
- Current Child Protection Training
- Happy to participate in a full police check (paid for by us)
- High proficiency in the QikKids software system and working knowledge of CCSS (Child Care Subsidy System) Guidelines (desirable)
- Be highly organised with proven experience juggling a wide range of demands and priorities to produce work of high quality and consistently meet deadlines
- Hold exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service skills - both written and verbal with the ability to handle difficult conversations.

Green Leaves Early Learning Seaford Heights offers early education and care to children within the community and surrounds for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.

Our learning hubs are bright and inviting, filled with rich, warm timber resources and innovative educational materials. Each hub leads out to a wonderful outdoor space, where children can enjoy countless hours of fun on the bike track, in the cubbyhouse, or caring for our edible gardens.

For our families, our parent lounge enables the community to come together for delicious barista-made coffee and freshly baked treats, which support our vision of community connections and partnerships.

Our wonderful team consists of qualified and experienced educators who show pride and commitment to providing high-quality care and education. Each educator works with children and families in developing their learning abilities, which supports their transition into the next stage of their learning.
