**Wealth Department Assistant Overview**

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Wealth Department Assistant to support the daily operations of our wealth management team. This role involves client servicing, operational coordination, document handling, and cross-department collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with client account amendments and basic tax-related inquiries or calculations
- Support Relationship Managers and Sales team in maintaining client relationships and following up on service needs
- Prepare, review, and organize investment documentation for client onboarding and ongoing servicing, ensuring all materials meet AML/KYC and internal compliance standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all investor transactions and portfolio updates across CRM and internal systems
- Draft client reports, investor letters, and internal communications as required by the team
- Coordinate with the Operations team to verify sales and referral commission
- Facilitate effective cross-departmental communication on behalf of the Sales team to ensure seamless client servicing
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, operational procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements
- Demonstrate proficiency in using CRM platforms, Investor Portal, and Microsoft Office tools for day-to-day operations

**Qualifications**
- 0.5 - 3 years of experience in financial or client service roles preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines
- Team player with initiative and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM systems
