**Position: Mintrac Assessor**

**Location: Suite 112, Level 11, Pitt Street, NSW, 2000**

**Employment Type: Contractual**

**Salary: $80,000-$100,000 per year**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide insights to the management team of APAX Skill Connect regarding meat industry standards.
- Utilize connections within the meat industry employers as an advantage.
- Conduct skill assessments across all markets of APAX Skill Connect: Philippines, Cambodia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Korea.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments in line with Mintrac guidelines and industry standards.
- Evaluate and document the competency of workers in various roles within the meat processing industry.
- Provide detailed feedback and recommendations for improvement to workers and management.
- Ensure all assessments are conducted fairly, accurately, and reliably.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all assessments and evaluations.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs to stay current with industry practices.
- Collaborate with other staff to uphold the highest standards of assessment and training.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification as a Mintrac Assessor or equivalent qualification.
- Extensive experience in the meat processing industry.
- Strong understanding of assessment principles and practices specific to the meat processing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using assessment tools and software relevant to the industry.

**Desired Skills**:

- Previous experience in a similar assessor role within the meat processing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of current industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in all assessments.
