**Qualifications**:
Cert III in Aged Care/Disability

**Preferred Skills**:
Certificate lll in Aged Care/Disability
- Experience in Community Aged Care/Disability Care
- Certificate lll / lV in Home and Community Care (or similar)
- Willingness to travel distance and be willing to work various hours.
- A roadworthy and registered vehicle and hold a current drivers’ licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to demonstrate empathy with elderly residents.
- First-aid & CPR Certificate
- Australian Police Certificate
