We are looking for an experienced Medico-legal Assistant to join our team in the Sydney office.

**The Role**

The role of our Medico-legal Assistants is to provide support in the smooth and efficient workflow of the Cases & Advisory Services function.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the Claims & Advisory team in appropriately directing Member calls and requests for advice.
- Reviewing and process incoming Member notifications and requests for assistance.
- Utilising the current database to create new cases and manage and update case information.
- Assisting Claims Managers to manage their cases and provide administrative support.
- Coordinating file reviews and assist with reporting.
- Financial processing and authorising payments.
- Skills & Experience.

- Strong office administration skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Experience in managing a large database.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail.
