Dental Assistant

About Face Orthodontics is a midsized practice based at The Pines Shopping Centre, Elanora, that delivers great customer service and quality treatment outcomes. We employ the latest technology and treatments to achieve our results, and believe in educating our staff to increase their knowledge. We are looking to hire someone to work 30 - 38 hours a week (negotiable). We value our employees and our patients and have great word of mouth referrals. The practice is busy, but we schedule the day to limit the need to work overtime, and there is no weekend work. The practice has very low staff turnover because we run our practice with the belief that all members of our team are an asset.

We need a dental assistant, preferably with orthodontic experience to join us, however, if you have been out of the workforce for some time and are interested in returning to the industry then we will provide training to get your skills up.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Greeting our patients.
- Assisting our Orthodontist chair side.
- Sterilisation.
- Record taking, photography, intra oral scanning and patient instructions.
- Building positive customer relationships.
- Ability to work in a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30-38 per week

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
