Sediment Fence Installer

We are looking Silt Fence Installers to join our growing team working on constructions sites throughout Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast.

If you enjoy working outdoors, work well in a small team or autonomously and take pride in your work then we would like to hear from you

No experience is necessary as all training will be provided.

**Beneficial but not Required**
- Understand the requirements for adequate sediment control on construction sites.
- Acknowledge the risks involved for our clients if inadequate sediment control is not provided
- Delivery of sediment control products when required
- Screen print client logos on silt cloth
- Maintain silt fencing/environmental management supplies
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Drive company vehicles to and from work sites
- Operate and maintain company mobile phone and/or tablet
- Operate various types of machinery including, but not limited to:

- Kanga Kids Ditch Witch Screen Printer Air Compressor
- Other duties as directed by Vidgil Management

**Position Requirements**:

- Ability to make decisions on which sediment control measures are required on a site by site basis
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Blue/White safety card for the construction industry
- Must have and maintain a Manual Drivers Licence
- Full personal protective equipment/clothing to be worn during work hours i.e. long pants. long shirt, steel capped boots etc.
- Own transport to and from company compound
- Ability to work various hours/days
- Good verbal and written communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $23.23 - $45.10 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
