**About the role**

We currently have a new opening in our Salisbury (QLD) store for a full-time trade counter sales assistant. You will be part of a dedicated service team responsible for the daily operation of our branch.

In this role your duties will include (but are not limited to):

- Counter sales & collection
- Picking, packing and some warehouse duties
- Some inbound phone sales
- Entering orders
- Providing customers with quotations
- Offering technical product support and advice
- Following up on our in-house marketing initiatives

Exceptional customer service skills are a must, but no industry experience is required. Full training on our extensive range of products will be provided.

- Intermediate computer skills
- The ability to learn new programs and navigate multiple systems
