Café Supervisor

Gusto is a fun vibrant Cafe situated inside a leafy business park in Botany. An opportunity has arisen for a friendly individual,well seasoned floor supervisor to join our team

Core role and responsibilities but not limited to.
- Guiding our current team ensuring day to day duties are completed
- Assist in the hiring and training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same.
- Maintain inventory of all needed supplies.
- Manage the work schedules of our restaurant’s staff
- Maintaining the core values of our business and what we have built
- SMILE AND MORE

**Person Specification**

**Qualifications**:

- RSA License (Responsible Service of Alcohol)

**Experience**
- Minimum 4 years hospitality experience
- Minimum 2 years supervision/management role

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
