**Key Responsibilities**:

- Help with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and meal prep.
- Support mobility and physical transfers.
- Monitor health and manage medication.
- Encourage participation in social and recreational activities.
- Assist with household tasks and ensure a safe living environment.
- Maintain accurate records and report any concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in disability support is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach.
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable).

Pay: From $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Stones Corner, QLD 4120
