We’re on the lookout for a **Sales Manager** to bring their leadership flair and good vibes to our awesome team in **Rye**.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Supporting our Operations Manager in leading, training, and developing our sales team superstars
- Keeping our store looking fresh and fabulous with top-notch merchandising
- Delivering exceptional customer service that keeps people coming back
- Setting and smashing sales targets
- Making sure everything stays safe, clean, and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

- **At least 2 years of retail management experience** (you’ve been around the shop floor a bit)
- A positive, proactive attitude and strong leadership skills
- Someone ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into the day

If you’re only available for afternoon and weekend shifts, this one’s not for you — this is a hands-on management role with core daytime hours.

- **Pay**: $27.17/hour
- **Hours**: 30-38 per week

**Experience**:

- Sales management: 2 years (required)

- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)
