About the Role

Construct Labour Solutions is seeking a permanent full-time skilled labourer on behalf of our client, Structure Group, to join their team for upcoming projects in the Melbourne metro area. This is a direct-hire position offering secure, ongoing work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Ideal for a labourer with strong site experience, this role is suited for someone reliable, hands-on, and looking to grow with a well-established construction company.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting trades on site with various construction tasks
- Use of power tools and hand tools
- Site clean-up, moving materials, and basic demolition
- Manual handling and lifting
- Reading and following directions from site supervisors
- Ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
- Supporting the smooth flow of construction operations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a skilled labourer
- Construction White Card (essential)
- Own PPE and basic tools (preferred)
- Ability to use power tools confidently
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Driver’s license and own transport (preferred)
