Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking an experienced Production Operator/Factory Hand to commence work for us for one of our clients in Ballarat.

Our client is a leading milling, manufacturer and distributor of flour based and bakery food products across Australia

We are looking for an experienced Factory hand. This role involves driving a counterbalance forklift, manual handling of flour ingredients, tipping bags of ingredients into the hopper, quality checking of the bags and keeping records of products that are checked.

We are looking for casual to commence on day shift starting as soon as possible.

**To be successful in this role you must**:
Current LF Forklift licence (Desired)

Physically capable of lifting bags of flour

Able to work fulltime hours between Monday - Friday

**Qualities we look for**:
Punctuality and reliability

Able to work autonomously and in teams

Awareness of standard OH&S policies and procedures
