- **Role Overview**:_
- Join Landlinks Environmental Services' dedicated team as a Bush Crew Member. This full-time position is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the natural environment through land management, landscaping, environmental and ecological restoration, tree planting & establishment and parks & gardens maintenance, As a key member of the Bush Crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the local community can enjoy beautifully manicured public spaces._
- **About You**:_
- You’ll have a love for the outdoors and happy to work in all weather conditions.Preferably you’ll have experience in the following;_
- _Landscaping - soft landscaping with some basic construction_
- _Planting - riparian, street and reserve tree & revegetation_
- _Hand weeding, woody weed removal, mulching, planting, brush cutting, revegetation works, landscaping, tree / chainsaw work_
- _Tractor operation with slasher (preferred not essential)_
- _Trackloader operation ( preferred not essential )_
- _Mowing zero turn operation (preferred not essential)_
- _A commitment to working in a team environment_
- _Ability to complete tasks on schedule to achieve agreed projects and work priorities in accordance with supervisor’s direction._
- **Certificates/Licences**:_
- _Driver’s License - essential_
- _Truck license highly favorable (LR or MR a minimum) or willing to obtain_
- _First Aid (Level 2)_
- _ACUP - Agricultural Chemical Users Permit_
- _Construction Induction (Red Card)_
- _Chainsaw - Crosscut (Level 1)_
- _Diploma / Cert - Horticulture/ Conservation Land Management/Arborist._
- _Machine Operation tickets ( Tractor, Loader, Trackloader)_
- _Tertiary or TAFE qualifications in Conservation Land Management, Natural Resource Management, Horticulture, Arborist, Landscaping or similar will be highly regarded._
- Please note that these jobs are physically demanding and there is a requirement to work in all weather conditions._
