FAMOUS FOOTWEAR is one of Australia’s leading Fashion Footwear Brands and an exciting opportunity for a Highly Motivated, Hands On, Team Leader has become available at our Robina store as of the 18th November, 2024.

Full availability is a requirement to be considered for this position. Must also have own reliable transport and be willing to work between Robina Shopping Centre and Harbourtown Shopping Centre on the Gold Coast.

To be successful for this fantastic role we require:

- Has Prior experience in Footwear/Fashion Retail
- Have the ability to achieve Outstanding Results
- Has the ability to create a positive Team environment
- Know how to Motivate your team
- Is Hands on, Energetic & Vibrant

You will be assisting to organize and coordinate sales and new sales strategies through out the store to increase sales, engage and attend to customers and supervise team members.
