Key Responsibilities:
Café Operations:

- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Serve beverages and food items according to café standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the café, including dining areas, play areas and restrooms.
- Ensure proper stocking and replenishment of inventory.

Party Hosting:

- Coordinate and host birthday parties and special events.
- Communicate effectively with party parents to understand their requirements and needs on the day.
- Set up party decorations, tables, and seating arrangements in party rooms as per the party schedule.
- Serve food and beverages for each party.
- Clean up and reset the party area after events, ensuring readiness for the next booking.

Customer Service:

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Engage with customers to enhance their experience and foster positive relationships.
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively offer assistance or recommendations.

Team Collaboration:

- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth café operations and seamless transitions during shift changes.
- Assist colleagues during peak hours or as needed to maintain optimal service levels.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving café processes and enhancing the customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in a café or hospitality environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with diverse groups of customers.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends as required for party hosting duties.
