**_About the role_**

This is a DC (distribution Centre/warehouse) role and is not located in the store.

As a DC Picker/Packer, you are a glamaCo customer advocate. Inspired by our awesome customers, you will offer on time and correct customer orders coupled with excellent customer service so they return and send their friends asking for more

Your ongoing success and career progression will be evaluated against your pick and pack results, ongoing support of inventory management systems, operational procedures and input into improving a safe, cohesive and ultimately highly productive workplace.

You must be able to work as part of our consolidated team and have the ability to work under pressure in a high paced, physically demanding environment.

Every step in this role must be in accordance with company policies and glamaCo's high standards.

glamaCo operates 5 weekdays (Monday to Friday) per week, You must be available to work AT LEAST 5 days per week (average of 38 hours) whilst working from the same store location. The final roster options will be provided to shortlisted applicants. The roster may include some extended hours during peak trading and promotional periods, as such, you will be paid in accordance with the relevant award provisions.

This role operates in a fast-paced environment and can be physically demanding at times.

You will need clear and precise communication, and have a great relatable personality, resilience and most importantly a wow factor to succeed.

Team members come from a variety of industries, careers and educational backgrounds. It helps if you have had prior experience in customer service and/or high-volume retail and it's an extra bonus if you have prior experience elsewhere in the hair, beauty and health industry. You could even be a current customer of glamaCo.

- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy,
- Great school, academic or sporting results.
