We are an award winning artisan gluten-free bakery with a Cafe in the CBD and another in Waverley. Our very busy HACCP certified business trades 7 days a week for take away, online orders, deliveries, catering, wholesale and more. We are accredited by Coeliac Australia with a range of innovative premium sweet and savoury products are hand-made with fresh seasonal ingredients. With an immediate start, we are looking for a strong Barista to join our well established gluten-free bakery in Waverley.

**Requirements & experience**
- Seeking an energetic team member with at least 2 years experience working as a barista at a cafe/restaurant/bakery. This role is working 5 days a week, including every Saturday.
- You care about product quality, have a strong service experience in food & beverage, comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment, place focus on consistency in all you do and enjoy a bit of fun with the team and customers.
- Work rights for Australia required to allow you to work legally for at least 12 months in Australia.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Ability to work under pressure, hard working & enthusiastic attitude, eye for detail and cleanliness.
- You will be supported by a wonderful team of up to three other staff members on shift. The venue operates Monday to Sunday, opening at 7am Mon-Sat and 8am Sun.
- Comfortable with being hands on making delicious coffees, strong latte art skills, table service, helping with food prep, packing click and collect orders, handling customer queries/feedback, communicating stock levels and enjoys interacting with our loyal customers.

**Salary**: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
