ABOUT THE ROLE
G4S is partnering with NSW Transport working towards reducing casualty crashes by 20-30%. To help fulfil this target we are recruiting for full time Mobile Speed Camera Operators in Ingleburn.
The roles work relatively autonomously, collecting an enforcement vehicle at the start of a shift from a depot and then going to designated positions, aligning the camera and then moving to a new location when the period ends. Interactions during this period will be with a Supervisor and the control centre which operates the camera.

**Duties of the MSC Operator will include**:

- Fully adhering to all road rules and demonstrating safe driving behaviour at all times
- Performing a risk assessment of the site prior to each enforcement session and report sites that are unusable with accompanying Site Maintenance Reports with photos where appropriate
- Coordinating with the control room for camera set up and testing prior to session commencement
- Remaining alert and attentive through an enforcement session
- Adhering to business rules in responding to angry or aggressive behaviour
- Performing pre and post shift vehicle inspections
- Maintaining regular communications with the control room throughout the shift

To be considered for this role you must demonstrate the following:

- Full clean driving licence
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Comfortable being seated for extended periods of time in a vehicle
- Comfortable with working alone in regional and remote locations
- Comfortable with occasional overnight travel/accommodation (which will be provided for the operator) 24 x 7 schedule
