**The Role**
The Aerospace Explosive Ordnance Systems Program Office (AEOSPO) is looking for a passionate Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Practitioner to work on various stages of the project lifecycle within the Explosive Materiel Branch (EMB). In this exciting role you will be required to operate across a broad range of ILS disciplines, including but not limited to Sustainment, Procurement, Maintenance, Reliability and Maintainability, Configuration Management, Reporting and Supply Support for the capability you are accountable for.

As an ideal applicant for this opportunity, you’ll:

- Assist in the implementation of policy, processes and procedures that support the sustainment and acquisition of equipment in accordance with Defence requirements.
- Build and sustain effective relationships with team members and actively participates in team work and group activities.
- Work collaboratively, operates as an effective team member and provides constructive feedback.
- Recommend solutions to issues impacting on the achievement of desired outcomes.
- Interpret and complies with legislative, policy, regulatory frameworks and organisational objectives.

Your communication and organisational skills in managing stakeholder engagement will be critical in ensuring your Defence customers are intelligently informed in relation to issues. You will be required to identify, anticipate and respond to stakeholders’ needs and expectations to achieve work outputs and Defence outcomes.
