You will be required to assist the clients with support in their home and support their need for independence as well as accessing the wider community. As a support worker you will assist our clients to build their capacity and direct them to achieve their goals which may include goals that work toward obtaining and maintaining employment.
- Has a Positive Attitude and is an Active Listener
- Has experience with Disability Care / Aged Care
- Has excellent verbal and written skills
- Has a detailed approach to keeping records
- Multilingual
- Working with Children Check _(EMPLOYEE)_, NDIS Screening Check and Police Check
- Valid Driver's License and Car Insurance _(driving is essential in this role)_
- First Aid Certificate
