**The Role**:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, client-focused **Audiologist** to join our clinics working in Footscray and Richmond. This is an opportunity to work on innovative, client-centered hearing care, and make a tangible impact on people’s lives by:
- Conducting comprehensive audiological assessments for non-complex clients age 10 and upwards.
- Assessing and addressing auditory issues, offering tailored solutions for each client.
- Referring clients to other allied health professionals or seeking guidance from external resources when needed.
- Performing ear assessments using video otoscopy and performing wax removal through aural microsuction.
- Fitting custom hearing protection and In-Ear Monitors (CIEMs), pushing the boundaries of traditional audiology.
- Working with diverse clients, including DVA and insurance beneficiaries.
- Engaging with the community to spread awareness and promote hearing health.
- Collaborating with educators, allied health professionals, community organisations, and other key sectors such as the music industry, event planners, occupational health specialists, and rehabilitation teams.
- You will help create a comprehensive approach to ear health, covering prevention, education, and recovery.
- You will reach individuals across various environments, from workplaces to festivals, ensuring ear care extends beyond the clinic. Through holistic collaboration,

- Developing and executing hearing conservation programs for various industries.
**About You**:
We want someone who’s dynamic and ready to take on challenges with a creative and forward-thinking mindset. You don’t have to be your typical graduate looking for a change—we want someone who’s truly passionate about audiology and ear health. If you have:
- 2-3 years of clinical experience as an Audiologist or Audiometrist.
- Experience with manual earwax extraction and ear impressions.
- A strong focus on empathy and communication, ensuring client-centric care.
- An innovative approach to problem-solving and a desire to continuously learn.
- A qualification in Audiology or Audiometry and membership in a relevant professional body.
