**The role on offer**

As a Cleaning Supervisor for Austral Facility Services, you will be responsible for:

- Facilitating a high standard of cleaning
- Leading and working with the team on a day-to-day basis
- Reporting any issues, damages, or hazards as per company procedure
- Maintaining a high level of health and safety

**About you**

We are looking for the following,
- 1+ years in a commercial or industrial cleaning environment experience or in a similar role
- Awareness of health and safety legislation and ensuring health and safety guidelines are always met.
- Forward thinking and action orientated person that is one step ahead of the game.
- Effective communication skills.
- Team focused within an inclusive working environment
- Thorough attention to detail.
- Ability to talk and relate to client’s team members in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to work effectively, prioritise work objectives and manage workload with mínimal supervision.
- Effective time management and consistent high-quality service delivery in a busy and complex environment.
