Our Digital and Digital Products team deliver growth and value-based outcomes through our digital products. We aim to increase the delivered value of our squads, foster data-informed decision making and build trust and collaboration with our stakeholders to achieve our strategic goals.

**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Head of Digital Product Design and Development, you will be responsible for delivering complex strategic design initiatives that delight our customers and enable digitisation of RACV products and services including Emergency Roadside Assist, the RACV App and a digital guest experience for our resorts.

You will lead, mentor and develop a talented, diverse and inclusive team of product designers and establish and evolve best practices, to drive the overall value and impact of product design at RACV.

As the Product Design Lead, you will keep in touch with industry trends and changes and help position RACV as a leader in digital product design by:

- Delivering new and evolved digital products to market, ensuring a human-centric experience with an uplift to business benefits
- Facilitating workshops, co-design and collaborative sessions to align with stakeholders and draw out innovative customer experiences and business requirements
- Helping to drive alignment on digital product design priorities and execution across RACV Group, working with Digital and Digital Product members and key stakeholders.
- Leading and delivering multiple projects keeping to timelines and budget
- Serving as the voice of the design team in discussions with stakeholders, ensuring that design considerations are integrated into decision-making processes

**Who we’re looking for and what you’ll bring.**

Thrive in an environment where people are at the heart of everything. You’ll come with:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, Psychology, Social Science, Entrepreneurship or Business
- 8+ years of experience in digital product design, with at least 3+ years in leadership
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing and delivering successful digital products across various platforms and digitising analog products.
- Proven experience in mentoring and developing design teams, with a track record of building a high-performance design practice
- Experience working in agile or lean environment
