As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of all pool users through proactive supervision and hazard prevention.

**E**ssential Selection Criteria**
- Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
- Current Provide First Aid Certificate and CPR (HLTAID011, HLTAID009)
- Current Police Clearance
- Current Working With Children Check
- Developed verbal and written communication skills
- Well developed public relations skills
- Organisation and time management skills

**Desirable Selection Criteria**
- Previous experience as a Lifeguard within a multi-faceted Recreation Centre
- Knowledge of Health Act (Swimming Pool) Regulations 1964
