¨ Bank Reconciliations - Maintaining all Bank Account reconciliations
¨ Accounts Payable - Maintaining Supplier information, invoices are paid on time and taking full advantage of discount and rebates, Reconciliation of Supplier Statements
¨ Accounts Receivable - Following up of outstanding invoices from Customers including Debt recovery
Þ **Maropost**
¨ Daily Sales Reconciliation
¨ Refunds
¨ Stock Maintenance
¨ Data Entry
¨ Freight enquiries
Þ **Roster Management**
¨ Using Rosterelf - Roster management, Staff Holidays Rosters, Clock in and off management.
Þ **Microsoft Office knowledge**
Þ **Filing - Online and Paper**
¨ Online file maintenance - Downloading of Bank Statements, Downloading Invoices from Suppliers, Maintaining Files for Taxation purposes
Þ **General Office duties**
**Working and/or Organisational Relationships**
Reporting, direction, support, guidance and advice. Dispatch queries, freight issues and other Customer service-related matters.

This position in the store operates in a smoke free alcohol free, shop environment. Exposure to manual tasks such as carrying, standing, walking, kneeling and reaching is frequent and may sometimes require assistance with Heavy or larger Items
