Our team are 4WD enthusiasts, and we really know our way around these vehicles and accessories. We proudly fit Ironman products, designed in Australia and distributed worldwide, and we are seeking a talented Foreman & Accessory Fitter to join our team. This position requires you to fit Ironman 4X4 parts and accessories to 4WD vehicles, fleets and touring rigs. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, applicants will have great mechanical skills and a sound knowledge of automotive fitting principles and auto electrics. You must possess a current driver's license. **Key responsibilities**: - Fit a diverse range of automotive aftermarket accessories to a wide range of off-road, recreational passenger and trade vehicles - Ensure all work is carried out promptly, with great care and consideration to our customer's vehicles - Communicate with our retail team to ensure that all work is carried out on time and to our customer's expectations - Maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction. Skills and experience should include: - Highly developed automotive workshop skills, including an energetic and inspirational style - Strong automotive fitting and/or mechanical skills obtained in a workshop environment - Auto electrical skills or experience desirable - Attention to detail is essential - in many cases, you will be working on one of our customers' most expensive assets. **Personal attributes**: - A "can do" attitude - Outstanding customer relationship and team-building skills - Very strong customer service ethic - High energy and detail-oriented - Ambition to grow and develop within the business **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 38 per week **Benefits**: - Company car - Employee discount - Parental leave - Professional development assistance Schedule: - 10 hour shift - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday - No weekends Application Question(s): - Do you hold a valid NSW full drivers licence?
