**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a Designer (Advertising) to bring Origin’s visual identity to life across campaigns, digital assets, and print. You’ll be part of a newly formed creative team driving Origin’s brand transformation, working closely with our Creative Lead and agency partners to deliver work that’s bold, strategic, and performance-driven.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Translate creative briefs into visually compelling concepts across advertising, digital, and print.- Collaborate with designers, marketing, and agency partners to deliver cohesive and effective campaigns.- Present ideas and creative concepts with clarity and confidence, iterating based on feedback.- Ensure all work aligns with Origin’s brand standards and commercial goals.- Manage multiple projects to meet deadlines while maintaining creative excellence.- Stay on top of emerging design and technology trends to keep ideas fresh and innovative.

**About You**:
You’re a creative thinker deally with both **agency and in-house experience**, working with **retail brands**. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are passionate about delivering ideas that connect with customers and elevate the brand.

You’ll bring:
- A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual and campaign design work.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and digital-first design thinking.- A balance of creativity, commercial acumen, and attention to detail.
