We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner within our People & Culture Department. You will play a key role in our business by driving end-to-end recruitment and proactive sourcing strategies. You'll work closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure top talent across our group wide operations.

Own the **end-to-end recruitment** process—sourcing, screening, and securing top talent.
Use **cutting-edge digital tools** like ATS, LinkedIn, and Seek to build talent pipelines.
Partner with hiring managers to **strategise and solve hiring challenges**.
Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively **find talent before we even need it**

✔ **Proven experience** in full-cycle recruitment and proactive sourcing.
✔ **Tech-savvy recruiter**—you know your way around ATS, LinkedIn, Seek, and digital sourcing strategies.
✔ **Strong relationship builder**—you know how to partner with hiring managers and talent alike.
✔ **Bonus points** if you have experience in the food, agriculture, or beef industry
