Full-Time Permanent Position
- The Poolwerx Mount Gravatt Group operates four busy, contemporary retail outlets in Balmoral, Cannon Hill, Mt Gravatt and Rochedale.

About our Retail Store Manager
- Our Retail Store Managers are customer-service-focused, energetic, and passionate individuals who work for a multi-award-winning organisation.
- Our training program provides our Retail Managers with the necessary skills to complete their key responsibilities, including:

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store
- Training and developing casual retail assistants
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Customer service
- Water testing and advice for chemical & equipment solutions
- Stock control and merchandising
- Store opening and cash handling
- Tuesday to Saturday hours - no more evening work

About You
- We’re hiring based on attitude, experience and potential. You may have extensive experience in the pool industry, or none at all. What matters is that you’re:

- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated - you don’t just turn up, you show up
- Self-motivated and able to think on your feet/problem-solve
- Highly organised and able to work autonomously
- Willing to learn, make mistakes, take direction and never stop asking questions - grow with us
