Recruit and support new employees working with children and families - Hybrid working model 2 days in Belmont office/3 days at home - Initial 12 month contract with potential for extension The Early Education and Care (ECE) sector is facing a workforce crisis. This means children and families are missing out on critical support in the early years, particularly in vulnerable communities. We are looking for a "people person". This is initially a 12 month maternity leave cover position, however we are always growing and expanding our services portfolio, so there is potential for this to become a permanent role.
