**The role**

We are looking for a
**Digital Producer** who will establish, deliver and optimise programmes of work across multiple clients, through their effective delivery team leadership & management, whilst delivering an excellent client experience. This role is a client facing Producer with account management and stakeholder management experience, and experience in delivering complex digital projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for managing a cross functional team alongside a senior technical team member to deliver programmes of work, not just projects,
- Manage a variety of lead projects from project set up & scoping through to deployment and continuous improvement,
- Manage project documentation and report on project success, estimates, statement of work, reports, budgets, risk management and project rituals to deliver on time, on budget and a great client experience,
- Manage scheduling and support growth planning & recruitment of your multidisciplinary team,
- Managing client expectations, negotiating conflicts and aligning project expectations and required outcomes,
- Backlog management & prioritisation across accounts and team,
- Stakeholder engagement up to and including C-Suite Level
- Qualification of new business alongside the new business team to help narrow the focus of new business opportunities for Inlight

**Your skills & experience**:

- Experience successfully delivering large and complex digital projects,
- Experience delivering projects utilising different delivery methods (experience in Scrum preferred, but not mandatory),
- Excellent time management and communication skills,
- Can demonstrate a planned and organised approach to projects,
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to manage project scope and changes,
- A good understanding of digital & proven good judgement with the ability to identify and mitigate risks,
- Recognised UX and/or Product Management experience (nice to have),
- Evidence of entrepreneurial activity (nice to have).
