Nectar Espresso Supervisor

_The friendliest coffee outlet on beautiful North Burleigh beach Nectar Espresso is looking for an experienced supervisor to join our team. Beginning as a casual position with 25-38 hours per week._
- Must be available weekends, school holidays and public holidays._
- We are looking for someone with the following experience/skills:

- _Experience in a high paced environment
- Barista skills to manage high quantities of coffee
- we can make upwards of 500+ coffees on any given day._
- _Experienced in shift supervision, familiar with ordering & working with par levels, ability to think proactively and quickly on the go._
- _Be passionate and care about their workplace, team and other departments._
- _Enjoys being busy and moves efficiently with a sense of urgency._
- _We are looking for someone with the ability to uplift and support our team whilst providing superstar service in an action packed environment._

- **About Nectar**_Located at the southern end of the North Burleigh Surf Club you will have the luxury of working on the beach front with a great team and friendly local atmosphere. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide a top quality Allpress coffee, delicious food and exceptional customer service all while working under pressure._
- Please note; our operating hours are (and availability may be required) between 4:30am -9:30pm - 7 days._
- Once established we can work towards a set rotation._

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $43.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 38 per week
