Our client is a premium supplier and manufacturer of large brands for coffee. Presently, they are looking for an experienced **Export Co-ordinator **to join their team.

**Your Duties**:

- Receive and process orders.
- Ensure all jobs are invoiced correctly.
- Processing of booking of outbound shipments.
- Handling of air/ocean export related shipments.
- Application of documentation online like COO, VGM etc.
- Liaise with freight forwarder to co-ordinate shipments.
- Co-ordination with production to ensure orders are ready on time.
- Liaise with warehouse to ensure right stocks and batches are picked.
- Liaise with customer updating them on shipment information.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-5 years experience in customer service/export admin role.
- Knowledge of export documentation.
- Working knowledge of Mandarin - **_Essential_**.

**The hours for this role is 9am - 3pm Monday to Fridays (Temp to Perm)**

**Full working rights in Australia is required (PR/Australian citizen)**
