Within the real estate industry, compelling visuals are essential. As a Photographer/Videographer at Oltra Creative, you will collaborate with our Office, Floor Plan and Retouching teams, creating top tier content that is both imaginative and impactful.

Your responsibilities will include producing, preparing and reviewing high-quality residential real estate photography, both during the day and at dusk, as well as portraits, adhering to set booking schedules and understanding briefs. This role will offer ample room for your creative input, allowing you to introduce fresh and daring concepts and innovative methods to elevate our client briefs to new heights.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- 5+ years demonstrated experience in photography or videography reflected in a comprehensive portfolio highlighting creativity and skill.
- 3 + years experience in real estate photography and videography
- 3+ years experience in drone photography - Adept at leveraging drone technology to capture captivating aerial shots, adding a unique perspective to property visuals.
- Proficient in videography, utilizing industry-standard editing software to produce compelling property videos that go beyond static images.
- Commitment to excellence and a client-focused mindset, ensuring positive interactions with real estate agents, property owners, and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to adapt to changing environments and handle challenging situations with composure and professionalism.
- Proficiency in videography and editing software including Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Final Cut, and DaVinci Resolve

You will also:

- Have a minimum Advanced Diploma level of education
- Possess exceptional attention to detail.
- Be capable of organizing your workload efficiently within a flexible schedule.
- Hold a valid Australian driver's license
- Demonstrate a positive attitude towards tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
- Display enthusiasm and energy for photography.
- Be capable of presenting themselves professionally to a diverse clientele.

Pay: $73,150.00 - $85,000.00 per year
