**Responsibilities**:

- Domestic Assistance
- In-home Care Services: daily tasks, personal hygiene, dressing etc.
- Community Access and appointments

**Educational Requirement**:

- Certificate III / IV (preferred) in Aged care/ Individual support / Disability Support or any equivalent qualification

**Documents and other Requirements**:

- Working With Children's Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Driver’ License & your own car
- Police Check
- NDISWSC

**What will you be doing in this role**
You specialise in providing care, companionship, and emotional support to people, helping to support their independence and improve their quality of life.
Providing daily living assistance such as showering, personal hygiene, mealtimes, and general movement. You will also be assisting residents with community-based recreational time and social activities.

**Who are we looking for**
Ideally, you will have a Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support, or some equivalent qualifications. If you are not currently qualified but would like to be, we can help you get there.
You'll have previous experience in aged or community care, or a strong desire to pursue in this field if you're studying or recently qualified.
You'll be adaptable, empathic, and resourceful, and you'll be able to embody Care Aust's core values of compassion, respect, creativity, and integrity.

The client needs assistance with daily tasks, personal care and community access. Support worker is required to provide Domestic Assistance for this shift.

**Service Location is at Galston, NSW.**

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
