**The Company**:
Our client is an innovative and fast growing technology company, who is disrupting their industry. They have been in the pre-production phase for several years whilst developing and patenting their technology. They are now ready to start producing electronic hardware units at a purpose built production facility. With a staff of approximately 20 and growing, they have got a diverse team and believe they can offer new employees an exciting role where you can learn and grow your career. This is not your everyday role and could be perfect for someone with previous electronics manufacturing experience or who has related qualifications.

**The Job**:

- Pick, place and assemble electronic components onto PCB’s using Surface Mount Technology (SMT)
- Assemble, program and test electronic equipment
- Monitor production quality
- Operate with safety as the highest priority
- Contribute ideas to ensure high efficiency and product quality

**Skills & Experience Required: ‘**
- Experience working on a production line or within a manufacturing environment, including operating SMT
- Electronics, automation, or electrical automotive experience is essential
- High attention to detail and ability to work with small components
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- TAFE or similar-level tertiary qualifications would be valued, but not essential
- Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
